Admin & HR Executive

The Admin & HR Executive will be responsible for the office administration and the HR operational matters. He/she will plan and coordinate the administrative functions of organization and attend diligently to all HR related matters referred to him/her.


  • Degree in management with specialization in Human Resources or equivalent,


  • Strong organization skills
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and supportive team member
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Good Knowledge of Labor Legislations and other HR Functions (Employee, Resourcing, Training & Development, Benefits, /staff Welfare)
  • Ability to handle employee relations
  • At ease working on MS office
  • Good Verbal and Written Communication
  • Commitment to working as part of a small and busy team.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask


  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in an admin/HR role in a reputable organization
