Admin & HR Executive
The Admin & HR Executive will be responsible for the office administration and the HR operational matters. He/she will plan and coordinate the administrative functions of organization and attend diligently to all HR related matters referred to him/her.
- Degree in management with specialization in Human Resources or equivalent,
- Strong organization skills
- Reliable, trustworthy, and supportive team member
- Interpersonal skills
- Good Knowledge of Labor Legislations and other HR Functions (Employee, Resourcing, Training & Development, Benefits, /staff Welfare)
- Ability to handle employee relations
- At ease working on MS office
- Good Verbal and Written Communication
- Commitment to working as part of a small and busy team.
- Adaptability to a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in an admin/HR role in a reputable organization
