Chief Operating Officer

Reporting to the CEO and being in a Senior Leadership role, the Chief operation officer will be responsible for the implementation of strategies to achieve the group’s Strategic objectives. The Job incumbent will lead the team for effective and efficient running of the organization and its diverse operations whilst remaining focused on projects execution and financial performance

Key Accountabilities are

• Execution of business strategies operations, projects and annual budgets
• Control and monitoring through effective systems/processes development and implementation
• People Management

Qualifications

Any of the following qualification:

• Degree or professional qualification in real estate or related filed, Marketing, Accounting, management or Business finance
• Post Graduate degree in the above or an MBA

Competencies

Any of the following qualifications

• Strong leadership and influential Skills
• Entrepreneurial and ability to drive performance
• Adaptability to rapidly changing and dynamic environment
• Team Player with positive and can-do attitude
• Maturity and business understanding in Diverse sectors

Experience

• At least 10 years proven track record in real estate development, estate management, golf or related field with strong operational credentials
