Corporate Finance Executive

This is a diverse and unique opportunity to help deliver strategic growth within the company, working on new projects, JVS and strategic alliances, analyzing potential opportunities, performing valuations, assessing strategic fit and executing deals. The successful candidate will be required to lead each transaction/ project from start to completion including building financial models, structuring the transaction and undertaking due diligence.

Qualifications

• ACA/ ACCA qualified or equivalent

Competencies

• Strong financial Analysis and business modelling (working with Excel)
• Strong Report writing for board and investment Committees with focus on conciseness and key commercial issues (working with Power point)
• Flexible & Collaborative approach, with Commitment to working as part of a small and busy team
• Entrepreneurial and adaptability to a dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience

At least 5 years’ transaction experience in a corporate finance or project finance role within a bank/ financial institution or a Big four advisory team or a leading real estate developer
