Reporting to:

Group HR Manager

Primary Responsibility:

Assist with all HR function for the group. Collaborate with the Project teams to support employment life cycle.  Responsibilities includes assistance with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, reporting, managing discipline and handling administrative needs across the HR function e.g. work visa application, generating contracts


  • Proactively work with Hiring Managers to ensure that recruitment process is followed, and all necessary tasks are completed as per the policy
  • Ensure necessary authorizations and details are obtained from relevant management before recruitment commences
  • Screen, interview, and communicate with candidates during the interview process
  • Assist with expatriation and repatriation process
  • Manage work permit process for the group and maintain work permit registers
  • Coordinate with Project/Country HR team on HR matters
  • Provide on/off boarding support as assigned
  • Assist projects in performance management
  • Assist projects in discipline and IR management
  • Filing and HR data management
  • Data compilation to ensure most recent employee information is kept on HR files.
  • Update organization charts
  • Update HR reports, recons and budget data
  • Assist with Corporate Inductions and employee checklist and procedure.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, standards, procedures and rules.
  • Any other task as directed by the Group HR Manager or ELT

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Outstanding organizational and administration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Training & Education Required:

  • Degree or Diploma in HR preferred

Experience Required:

  • At least 3-5 years HR experience

Equipment Knowledge:

  • Advanced MS Office
